To begin using Ctrlavana:

1. Create a caravan.
2. Add passengers.
3. Set departure and destination.
4. Use check-in during the trip.

Ctrlavana works offline, so your trips and passenger lists remain accessible even without an internet connection.

How to create a caravan

1. Open the Ctrlavana app. The home screen shows the list of caravans. If you already have caravans created, tap the "+" button at the top of the screen. If this is your first caravan, you can use either the "+" button at the top or the "Add Caravan" button in the center of the screen.

2. Fill in the caravan details.

   Required fields:

   • Name
   • Start date
   • End date
   • Departure
   • Destination

3. Tap Save to create the caravan. After saving, the caravan will appear in the main caravan list.

Note: passengers are added inside the Caravan Details screen after the caravan is created.

Adding passengers

To add passengers to a caravan, you must first create the passenger in the app.

Creating a passenger

1. Open the Passengers tab in the Tab Bar.

2. If you already have passengers created, tap the "+" button at the top of the screen. If this is your first passenger, you can use either the "+" button or the "Add Passenger" button in the center of the screen.

3. Choose how you want to add the passenger:

   • Create a passenger manually
   • Import a contact from your contacts list

4. Fill in the required information:

   • Name
   • Email
   • Phone number
   • Identification document

After saving, the passenger will be available in the app.

Adding the passenger to a caravan

1. Open the desired Caravan.
2. Go to the Passengers section.
3. Tap the "+" button.
4. Select the passenger you want to add.
5. Open the passenger details.
6. Tap the bus icon with a "+".

The passenger will be added to the caravan.

Check-in

• Open the caravan passenger list when boarding starts.
• Mark each passenger as checked in.
• Use the list to confirm who is present and who is missing.

Raffle

• Open the caravan and access the raffle tool.
• Run a random draw among passengers in the app.
• Save or share the result as needed for your group process.

Offline and sync

• Ctrlavana works offline for caravan and passenger management.
• Your data remains available locally without internet.
• If iCloud sync is enabled, data syncs when connection returns.
• On multiple devices, use the same Apple ID and keep iCloud active.

Ctrlavana Pro

Ctrlavana offers an optional Pro subscription.

Pro features include:

• Unlimited active caravans
• Export passenger lists to PDF

A 7-day free trial may be available, depending on the current App Store offer.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is active but features are still locked

• Open the Manage Subscription screen.
• Tap Restore Purchases.
• Close and reopen the app if needed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

• Open your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Select Ctrlavana.
• Change, cancel, or review your plan status there.

I changed devices. Do I need to pay again?

• Use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
• Restore purchases inside Ctrlavana if Pro features do not unlock automatically.

Troubleshooting

Missing caravans or passengers

• Confirm you are viewing the correct caravan.
• If using multiple devices, ensure iCloud is enabled.

Sync issues

• Ctrlavana works offline.
• Data remains available locally without internet.
• Allow a few moments for iCloud sync when connection returns.
• Keep iCloud enabled for Ctrlavana in iOS settings.

Passenger import not visible

• Passenger import (CSV) is not available in production yet.
• This feature is currently in internal or debug testing.
